- With a college degree and six sigma certification. Black belt is preferred
- At least 5 years related experience, 2 years of which in IT-enabled or BPO industry
Operations Manager
- With a college dgree
- At least 5 years work experience, recent 2 years of which in a call center managing a team
- Preferably in a travel account
